• We believe the Bible to be the inspired, inerrant, authoritative Word of God. We believe it is the final authority for every individual Christian, as well as for the Church collectively. (See Bible: Word of God.)

• We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (See God; Trinity.)

• We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death through His shed blood on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His return in power and glory. (See Jesus Christ; Second Coming of Christ.)

• We believe that all individuals are sinners by nature, and faith alone in Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and forgiveness. We believe salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus alone, and that all who call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. (See Sin and Sinful Nature; Jesus Christ; Salvation.)

• We believe the Holy Spirit was sent by the Father and the Son to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. We believe the Holy Spirit regenerates, indwells, and empowers believers to live as witnesses for Christ. We believe that all of the gifts of the Holy Spirit are available to His church today. • We believe that God created human beings, male and female, in His image. He created them equal in value, dignity, and worth. According to His purpose and design, men and women are created to fulfill distinct but complementary roles in the contexts of marriage, family, and the local church. (See Creation; Marriage.)

• We believe God’s plan for human sexuality is to be expressed exclusively within the context of biblical marriage. We believe God created marriage as a sacred and binding covenant between one man and one woman exclusively for life. (See Marriage; Homosexuality.)

• We believe in the resurrection of believers and unbelievers. We believe God will reward believers with eternal life in heaven and sentence unbelievers to everlasting punishment in the Lake of Fire. • We believe that believers will return with Christ to the earth, at His Second Coming, to rule and reign with Him. (See Second Coming of Christ, Millennium.)
