We can never underestimate the power of sharing our faith with unsaved friends or family members, which reminds me of a true story:
For many years, a man and his wife talked about Jesus with their unsaved family members but were usually met with resistance or unenthusiastic interest. But one night, while sitting around the dinner table, something shifted. A female family member began asking them questions about something the couple shared earlier. Her questions led to an in-depth conversation about salvation, which ultimately resulted in her salvation that night.
I know sharing our faith with unsaved family members or friends is not easy and can feel futile. But the Holy Spirit is always present with us and will use our words to help reach their hearts—so we cannot give up.
