I wish I could say all the false teachers and opponents of biblical Christianity I have engaged with over the years repented and embraced God’s truth after being presented with it. But nothing could be further from accurate.
Every single heretic I have encountered has continued embracing their false doctrines and rejected biblical truth despite my repeated presentations and explanations of the gospel.
Yet, as frustrating and discouraging as it has been over the decades, I have never given up sharing the gospel or contending for and defending the faith against falsehood. Why? Because people’s eternity is at stake.
We cannot keep silent as believers when we see others embracing lies or twisting the truth. We must do our part to share the gospel with them, even if they reject it or never bear the fruit of repentance.
After all, if we never get to witness “the harvest,” it is far better to plant seeds than never to have sown in the field.
